USB Corporation originally received certification to ISO 9002:1994 in December of 1998. Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), a leading international certification body, performed the assessment audit of USB's Quality Systems. Continuous surveillance audits are performed once each year by LRQA.

In July of 2003, USB successfully expanded the scope of certification to include design control. The new ISO 9001:2000 certification now covers design in addition to the other areas and services previously covered including customer support, materials management, receivings, manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, product finishing, distribution/shipping and technical support.

USB believes ISO 9000 certification demonstrates our commitment to quality throughout all segments of the company. Customers can be assured that the employees of USB take quality very seriously.
